LoftAudio officially opened its doors in September of 2006 after Ron Hampson, Luke Hampson and Jason Uberig decided to take what they had already been doing and make it official. Over a number of years they have been equipping the studio and keeping it up to date.

The intent of the publishing part of the business is to provide an opportunity for songwriters to take a step into the music business and provide guidance that may not otherwise be readilly available to them.

The studio holds multiple purposes:

1. provide a means for songwriters to record their material for promotional purposes
2. provide a quality cost effective recording facility for performing artists
3. provide a studio facility suitable for teachers or businesses requiring speech based recording
